Is the 2016 Winter Event an Account Unlock?

I won the event ship on one of my toons, but can't claim it on any other toons. I thought it was an account unlock like last year. Will it show up the next time I log in?

    Ok, thank you very much. I thought that might be the issue. I has not working by changing maps or characters. I'll log off and try again.

    I had to restart the game before it showed up for me.

    Strange, it worked without problem with me today. Granted, I did check it at a ship selector NPC (to make sure I got the card before discharging the ship) before switching to the other characters, so maybe it activates something for some reason.

    It worked for me yesterday. Main character complete project and unbox ship. Other characters reclaim from event store.

    To anyone having problems, besides log out / log-in you might also check that you unboxed the ship on your main.

    usually have to shut off the game and reopen it for account unlocks to show up. don't know why. just seem to have to a lot.

    for some reason I cant claim the last piece to claim the ship. im 999 and I have the last one but it wont take it.

    Log out, log in, try again.

    Nope, no good. I've logged out then back in. Restarted the game Even rerun the race 24 hours later. It shows me with 999 winter prize voucers (2016) my inventory shows me with an additional 41, but it will not allow me to add the last one in to get the ship!
