Slow BOffs

Hey there. Since the Artifacts update, I've noticed that my BOffs have been running painfully slow when trying to follow me. I have noticed some players have this while others do not. Is there a setting that I'm missing somewhere that would allow my BOffs to speed up?
Fleet Affiliations:
FED: Royal Federation Mounted Starfleet: SB3, TAC3, ENG3, SCI3, Win, Int, DOff(T/E/S/B)
KDF: Parliamentary Klingon Empire: SB2, TAC2, ENG2, SCI2, Win, DOff(T)

    Not sure about your specifics but romulan and reman boffs don't sprint. If this applies to your situation, you can get 4 kdf or federation boffs for your away team until they fix this issue.
