For one of my characters, my bag inventory's overflow bag contains ship damage markers like "warp core failure" and "hull breach." I'm not able to repair my ship and unable to clear overflow even though my bag has space. Obviously this is a problem but when I reported it:
On 11/17/16, STO customer support told me read the forum and wiki, and "Please use the in-game bug report feature rather than Request GM Help." I did exactly that. Then On 11/30/16, same STO customer support rep says "This is a duplicate ticket since it's the same issue as the first one and the in-game bug reports doesn't receive replies."
So my bug report went to the same person who can't help me. Anyone else getting this in-game issue? Anyone else getting this run-around by STO staff?
