I have 3 characters, on Xbox One. My main can wear off-duty outfits, my two alts cannot
Character names are
Yolee Tars@CRASHD0WN BSG and
Vala D'Mora@CRASHD0WN BSG
The option to choose off duty is there, but when I go to pick an outfit, it just gives me the option for a fleet uniform...I even left the fleet to see if this fixed it...it didn't
