Can't locate U.S.S. Victory to finish Assimilation Complete

I am playing this game for the first time, now I am stuck with a mission I can't complete cause there is no Omega Task Force anywhere except on the outdated galaxy map. And unlike the last post about this mission, I do not have any officer candidates so I did not overlook the borg science officer.

    Ok, still have the mission but I managed to get the crewman by going to the dilithium store and using the reclaim section to claim him. Hope this helps anyone else with a similar problem.
