My 3 broken consoles (Xbox)

These are consoles found on specific ships that I have found to broken (Xbox)
Antimatter Spread Console - only found on the Exploration Cruiser Refit by purchasing it, this skill should be available through the left bumper or trigger but appears to have vanished, i have on occasion found it as the default skill for the science abilities, but only when i get a new ship that i have equipped the console to before i set up my science bridge officer, if i select another skill as the default the console ability vanishes completely, rendering the console completely useless as far as i can tell.
Chevron Separation Console - Found on the Odyssey Operations Cruiser, of which i purchased the complete set of three. This is one of two consoles that wont work properly, the saucer detaches perfectly fine but when attempting to cancel the skill and/or recall it, the saucer does not return, the sound effects associated with the saucer attaching play but as far as i can tell nothing else happens, the skill will not refresh/reset so i am unable to use another skill which works in the same way. The only fix is to completely leave combat, remove the skill and put it back on, this is incredibly inconvenient and impossible to do when in some missions.
Aquarius Escort Console - Found on the Odyssey Tactical Cruiser, this is the other skill i referred to above and just like the saucer it refuses to return and again will not reset/refresh, preventing me from using the saucer skill if it is available, again removing the console resets it perfectly fine but as i said its require leaving combat.
