[PC] Tailor - Can not see Counter-Command Set on pull-down menu

I just recently acquired the Counter-Command 3pc set.

Did -not- receive the usual accolade for completing the set, even though I have all the pieces in my inventory.

Can not access the set when I go to the tailor (though previous sets appear just fine, i.e. Iconian, Omega, etc)

I've tried all the 'tricks' that other people have tried (rebooting, moving the armor to/from bank, moving the armor between character/inventory/BOFFs) and nothing triggers the accolade.

It appears this has been a bug for a lot of folks going back -years- now.

Anyone have a fix/idea that actually worked for them?

    XB1 Tailor related issue:
    Bought the herald combat armor from the lobi store but haven't been given the hearld combat section for the tailor.

    sometimes i dont see character or different boffs at all. not depends on costume for me. and just yesterday i was thinking to equip my boff with Terran Armor costume, but i cant find it in list. Character can wear, boff can't?
