PS4 : Admiralty system - Missing ships ?

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Hello,
yesterday, during an Admiralty mission, I earned two ships admiralty cards,
- Vadwaur Astika
- Vadwaur Fighter (a fighter I am sure)
Today, impossible to found them ?
Where are they ? Any help please ?

PS : I.S.S Stadi is missing too, but nobody on console have earned this ship card during the Mirror Universe event
PS4 / PS3 - Star Trek online (Trekkie) - Neverwinter - Mass Effect 1/2/3 Fan, I like Andromeda - Main language : Français - Secondary language : English - Third language : Forget you won't like it...

    If they were T6 and you used them, they are gone...You can only use them once.

    What about the ship cards we earn from Special Events like the I.S.S Stadi in Mirror Universe Event), is it the same?

    shouldn't be, but we never got it (unless it was put in during the maint)
