Time In A Bottle Mission (The Iconian War) - Ferengi Bridge Officer Missing

I completed this mission today (11/20/2016) on my Klingon (level 60) and was awarded a Ferengi Bridge Officer (named Smoag?) which I received the box in my inventory. I clicked on the box and it seemed fine. No bridge officer in my recruits or in my existing list of officers. It disappeared! Is this a bug? I did log off and back on to make sure that didn't fix my issue. It didn't.
