XBox One: Where's the TWOK uniform?

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
I've looked high and low in the C-Store for the TWOK uniform with no success. Has it been isolated exclusively to the PS4 promotion (in terms of consoles)?

    TWOK is in C store scroll all the way down to promotions. Im lookin at it now. If you want starfleet TWOK outfits sadly they are expensive as hell at the dilitium store

    I have no manner to showcase a photo as proof, but nothing appears in my Promotions section. Not Khan's Ceti Alpha outfit nor the Starfleet officer uniform. DENIED! :s
    And yes, the dilithium store outfits are quite a long-term goal.

    Maybe a stupid answer but did you go to the Tailor and see if they are unlocked?

    I'm on a PC and have been here since beta and mine is unlocked under "Appearance" but I'm almost positive I never paid for it .....

    I hope you find it soon....

    I just logged into a newer character and had this in my email about getting the TWOK Movie uniform, but this was for using ARC so take it with a grain of salt......

    As a gift for trying Arc, the Star Trek Online team is pleased to give you the Khan costume set. This costume set includes a top, bottom, boots and accessories for both male and female characters.

    Note: The Khan costume set is a per-character unlock reward. You must be logged into Arc and then log into Star Trek Online with each character you wish to gain the Khan costume set. To equip this off-duty costume set, visit any Tailor. You will either need to use an empty Costume slot or modify an existing costume to wear the Khan costume.
