Cannot Complete Promotion Quest (KDF)

Hi
I cant seem to complete my promotion quest as a klingon , It jut says i must speak to the battlemasters , which i have done and still nothing , Also my previous promotion didnt give me a ship token so im basically fighting with a T2 at level 41 anyone have any ideas or solutions ?

i did have the same problem on my klingon character but i grew tired of waiting for the devs to fix it so i just created a new one

Also had this problem; didn't have this problem with a different KDF toon, before all the lighting stuff.

I think this might be something new.

Ive had this problem for a long time didnt really notice early on i kinda assumed KDF toons had to buy there own ships with Dil so i just levled my other Fed toons came back to KDF now did some research and this is what i found not only on my klingon toon but also Romulan aligned with Klingons , Oh and BTW Im on PC , hopefully it will be sorted some day

have this problem on my kdf character as well which is caused by the fact that the level is over 20 if you hit 21 before you go to turn it in you get same issue looping over and over again it treats you outside the level range. Thats the cause of it but there is no fix apparently i keep getting told to just report this on the forums but honestly we should get a free ship token to compensate then just take it away later or let people keep it for inconvience till the quest can be turned in.
basically promotion comes up if you say you turn 11,21,31,41,51 ect before the quest is turned in you cannot get the ship token for leveling which makes the game play on those characters drastically harder. - this actually has an effect on game play so game masters should be given some compensative answer for this.

if they can or cant fix it or how long it will take no answer i have the issue on ps4 version of the game. but its a bug they should be able to render a fix for or compensate for relatively easy weather or not they will or what they plan to do about it i cant answer there should be a post added saying what they plan to do with this however as this is a bug that effects game play i can make it happen intentionally after figuring out what the cause is an avoid it for most part as well now that i know what it is so the cause is clear. Why you would want to make it happen i dont know. However there should be some compensation done to help characters with this issue as it affects there game play at least currently even if its temporary.

This apparently effects all kdf characters 20 + you can't turn in the promotion quests handicapping your character ive ticked support with the reply to post on here there are about 20 threads of same thing someone should be offering a solution. Either an emergency fix or free ship to cover game play problem. This isnt a small bug this is a bug that drastically hinders kdf progression.

3 - 5 days plus we should at least get a reply on this as well as i would hope compensation of some sort for being hindered progressing kdf characters. I asked about a ship token and cant even get an answer on that.

It's broken but you can play around it. Keep leveling til you hit lvl 30. At lvl 30 you get promoted again. When you go receive the promotion, it registers the lvl 20 promotion too so you can go claim the ship for both promotions.
