Romulan KDF Aligned Characters Unable to Progress Through New Romulus Story Arc

Beam down to New Romulus and listen to D'Tan's speech then unable to progress through the KDF contact. All New Romulus missions grayed out. This has happened on two Romulan KDF aligned characters for me. I have tried the change instants and beam up and log off. Every time one of these characters beams to New Romulus I have to watch the cut scene again.

Oh Note: I filed bug reports on both characters. [TicketCreated] Successfully submitted ticket ID #4,146,002. is latest.

    Try picking up the lead-in mission from the Romulan Ambassador in the Great Hall on Qo'nos (or on DS9) if you haven't already.

    Seems now they've corrected this issue as MANY have posted about it in many thread's and allow you to HAIL the first mission rather than leaving it GREYED out until you visit one of the Romulan Ambassidor's on ESD, Quonos or DS9.
