Kit [HP] Modification bug

Upgrading my Fluid Kit to MK XIV adds the mod [HP] to the Kit at critting.
Fine, useful but does nothing euipped. No more HP on my Toon.
I test some other [HP]-Mod Kits from the Exchange...same result.

Is this a Bug?

    I've observed the same issue, and found this post just a moment before I made my thread about the same issue. I submitted it anyway though since your thread title isn't really saying anything, you should mention the [HP] mod directly in the title.
