cannot find lock box mission

I activated the mirror mission and have been looking for 2 days in all areas. when I found out it gave a nice chunk of xp and dilithium I was pleased but I cant find it SIGH

it's in skills. reputation. events. you need 14 things for it

nope I only received the one doff, activated it but its knowhere to be seen
