    Do you happen to know what the item that's not showing is?

    Sadly it had been awhile since I was in the bank and did not catch it earlier till I put items in there today.

    What are the odds that it's either a 23c. Kit or the "Romulan Imperial Navy" Kit? Those items are currently experiencing this problem... (or it means that there's something else being affected as well)

    Chances are, if it's blank and not populating through multiple instance transfers, it's a 23c kit...my AoY toon has this right now. As to the Rom kit: afaik, it was only eating modules, not just showing as blank

    The toon does not have any 23c kits or modules and the the navy kit is at the top of the bank.

    Hm, I'm not really sure what it could be, then, so that means that it's definitely a bigger problem than just the 23c. kits...

    Looking at the organisation of the bank, I'd guess it's a lockbox or a manual...

    It is. I have a blank item in kit slot, that cannot be removed or replaced, on both my characters, fed 23 and 25c. both had some low level(mk III-VII) common/uncommon kits before that update.

    I have this on at least two of my characters as well. Both are Fed, but only one is 23rd Century. Can't easily track down what it used to be as they aren't primary alts. Also, one blank is in the bank and I believe the other is in my personal inventory on the other character.

    Was reported to support already, but for completion. Just discovered it was my starter 23c sci and starter 23c eng FRAMES (both were empty when it happened. reported other issue for the 23c kit module though - hotbar slotting issue)
    This beside an unknown low equipped blackened garbage kit frame on my level 34 ferengi which is non holding non romulan non 23c. probably was without passives etc so got "emptied" and stuck. possibly starter/old/old pug or quest reward or old drop etc. some pugs did give strange old reward kits even in my time (last year I think)

    P.S.
    Not solved as of after last patch yet.
    If possible, I would wish for this issue to be merged with some kit frame issues after the revamp as it's the same basic issue on different slot type. (kit frame/bank/inventory slot blackened and became totally unusable, stuck, by an old/starter kit frame which was in that slot at 25/10)

    The following link is VERY relevant! (and BTW can apply to inventory/bank/kit frame slots altogether, depends where the affected blacked kit frame was on 25/10)

    I hope one day this issue and (starter/possibly also other old) kit frame blackening issue, and all kit frame lost, missing, stuck, unusable and blackening in inventory/bank/KIT FRAME slots, rendering the slot unusable, will be all merged and info collaborated.

    Meanwhile, I can try to redirect.
