Singularities on all warbirds inoperable

I play star trek online on my ps4 my character is a romulan lvl 56 Admiral he is Klingon aligned my primary warbird is a mogai heavy warbird retrofit T5(U) starship mastery is at iii this warbird and all my other warbirds have inoperable singularities I think there is something wrong with my character in my captain stats whose name is Dar Goth Telic show no information regarding experience earned nor how much till next lvl.. my PSN ID is Typhonset666 my in game email is Dar Goth@Typhonset666 I have already been to customer service with this and they suggested I bring this bug report here I have the latest update and have tested combat and still this persists... please fix soon thx
