[PC] 23c. Kits Not Showing After 10-25/27 Patches

Today I had the free time to check my various characters in regards to the changes to kits and kit modules from the "Artifacts" update and ended up discovering something rather distressing. On at least two of my AoY 23c. characters, those who starting 23c. kit was either still equipped or in their inventory (I am currently unsure as to bank, I didn't think to check on that) are experiencing a problem where-in the kit remains in their kit slot or inventory, but - as with certain items around the release of AoY - are blacked out and cannot be moved, used or interacted with in any way, but also cannot be replaced with any other kit.

(I have a picture, I'll try to get it up later today...)

Characters experiencing this include Blaine@turbomagnus (Male human 23c. Eng) and Lyrin@turbomagnus (Female Andorian 23c. Tac), that I'm fully aware of, I still need to check a couple of the others...

    I have this issue on my Fed-Aligned Romulan Character. My Imperial Romulan Navi Kit as well as all its modules are simply gone (not in inventory, simply vanished). This includes a Hurricane Turret, the Christaline Spike and other event-/one time related modules... :(

    creating a ticket ingame did not work by the way. Charactername is "Coplann WindSword@coplann"

    As you can see from the BOff icons n the lower-left corner, it's a 23c. character. The item not showing is the second column, second row, slightly bluer than the jet black of the empty slots and with a border as I had the cursor over it at the time of this picture. I know that in that location should be the character's 23c. Tactical Kit, placed there when they were equipped with a 'normal' Mk IV Tactical Kit, but it's not showing.

    I'ts not only 23c characters. I have this bug with blank item in kit slot on my 25c character. In one of the other threads one of the devs @crypticspartan said, he will invastigate it, but it was 3 days ago. No word since :(

    Can you link me to the other thread in question?

    I have the exact same problem, one with a 23c character, another with a 25c character.
