temporal rewards gone

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
so at the temporal agent pilip crey

the option for temproal rewards is gone completly for at last 3 toons i tried


can any1 try other temporal agents pls?

can others confirm here?

    Confirmed, tried on at least 4 chars. No chance of accessing it.

    Confirmed, on Federation aligned Romulan, as well as my Temporal Agent, both level 60.

    The reward tab is missing from all three temporal agents (Fed, Rom & KDF).

    confirmed... the tab is gone from all 3 contacts on ESD, New Romulus Command and Qo'Nos it appears they may have removed it on purpose??

    Yes I have this same problem, and they just patched it today too and the issue isn't fixed, I'm sure it has been this way since the 25th. I do hope they fix it soon going to put in a bug report that they will probably promptly ignore. Cause Clipping issues seem more important than a whole database being gone.

    Yep they care more about graphics for promotional use than the game actually functioning, as long as it looks good.

    Thursday after Patch Notes: November 3rd, 2016

    Confirmed still bugged / not working as intended

    Temporal Agent Philip Crey ( ESD )
    Temporal Agent Q'on ( First City )
    Temporal Aent Kail ( Flotilla )


    only Characters that are NOT Delta Recruits or Temporal Agents
    have access to the "Store" window

    everyone else is still locked out
    The *Normal Characters* have only access to the Delta Recruit stuff not the temporal Agents rewards

    This is still broken on all of the characters I checked (all of which were not delta or temporal recruits).

    i can also confirm this bug still exists, logged on with my normal klingon character and all he sees on the agent in qo'nos is the delta rewards option, no temporal option at all

    Funny the earlier FIX worked for me and could claim temporal rewards on Federation, Romulan & Klingon characters. I also noticed several others in fleet & friends whom had problems resolved. :o

    Hope they continue sort out any remaining issues and resolve them soon.

    still cant claim those temporal recruit rewards, the delta rewards show up and I can claim those just fine, temporal ones are in some sort of temporal flux making them invisible, unclaimable. :/

    By my own observations, currently,
    • Temporal Agents can only see the Delta Recruit rewards;
    • Delta Recruits can only see the Temporal Agent rewards;
    • Regular characters can see both sets of rewards.
    This makes perfect sense since Temporal's & Delta's have to claim their rewards from the doohickey in their Inventory.

    If, however, you are in a situation that isn't described in the list above, there is definitely something wrong.

    This is still bugged on all of my non-temporal characters. The only one that can claim any temporal rewards is my temporal recruit via the item. I only have access to the delta recruit awards from the vendor.

    Bug Hunter's along with many others had identified the issue existed...

    Hopefully now we'll hear from users still having issues claiming temporal rewards, more users who remain to have issues will allow them to look what's occuring on those other accounts. So if you or your friends are still having issues encourage they post to this thread. The more people who identify it is not corrected for them, means the sooner it will be resolved for everyone else currently effected.

    Cryptic is aware: patch notes saying the issue had been fully corrected was removed.

    This is still broken and not listed in the known issues of the patch notes. Are there any updates on the status of this issue?

    I didn't see any mention of this being fixed in the season 12 update for tomorrow. Still no updates on when this will be fixed?

    Good news, this appears to finally be fixed despite not being in the patch notes. I was able to access the temporal rewards vendor and claim rewards again.
