Missing Spiral Wave Disruptors XB1

This is my first post so hopefully the format is acceptable. I have the Cardassian Keldon cruiser t6 which comes with 4 spiral wave disruptors on it. I believe the ship description on the box before i opened it states i could purchase more from the dil store. I do not see these weapons anywhere on the dil store. A fleet mate of mine was able to purchase the weapons in the dil store before he had the ship sometime earlier this month and they did not go into his inventory and he is unable to purchase more or see the weapons he bought.

    Yeah you could get more with dil on pc, this same issue is on ps4 right now I can't get more spiral waves on there right now and some people I know that also have it have the same problem
