When will Echoes of Light episode launch ?

    It will launch on Tuesday.

    More accurately, it'll launch when Artifacts launches. Looking at previous release timings I think it may be at the end of this month/beginning of next month, but it's hard to say for certain.
    The universe has a wonderful sense of humor. The trick is learning how to take a joke.

    Cryptic has already stated in a previous blog that Artifacts launches this Tuesday. Echoes of Light is the same episode they mentioned that would be coming out with the update.

    Yeah, I haven't been paying enough attention recently, I completely missed the first 2 days of the Lukari ship design voting. Even so, the initial "Tuesday" response could have been seen as a complete joke due to the linked video and I was technically correct.

    You are right but even if seen fixed for STO all major updates have been made on Tuesdays. :)

    Think they do that so they can issue up to 3 emergency patches if necessary before weekend hits.

    Thanks for the info everyone. I was unclear when the episode gets enabled since there was nothing specific in the episode's STO news page.

    Generally if there is no date about a feature, just take it as coming soon. No point in losing hair worrying about the fact they haven't included a date. I've seen people asking for exact dates minutes after a 'coming soon' notice. Have patience :smile:

    You have to read the entire thing ...... and then you have to actually realize what they were saying.

    "You can access this mission from your mission journal, or from the calendar during the initial release. Captains of all factions will be able to play “Echoes of Light” when Agents of Yesterday: Artifacts arrives."


    I read the article, jumped into the game so I could get started on the new FE ...... it takes a long time to get all 20+ toons through a new FE..... it was only after re-logging, restarting, checking anywhere and everywhere I could think of and getting nothing but sarcastic "noob" comments when asking about it in zone chat that I went back and re-read the article....and the light bulb finally lit up.....
    LTS and loving it.
