(xbox1) Second Wave Main story mission

I will present it again here in a better format, even though I also sent an e-mail. Realize this means the MAIN STORY itself is broken and cannot be properly finished for 2 of the three major factions. And am I supposed to waste my time discovering that the third faction has the same problem? Sorry about your luck responses aren't appropriate in this case, and I am finding nothing in the news or the forums about this particular Mission despite it being a "known" issue

Mission "second wave"

With Romulan tactical captain allied to federation
Cannot complete mission properly for multiple reasons
1: Diplomacy and Maurader skills not available on console release so unable to convince factions to join anti borg alliance by skill
2: "OPTIONAL" side missions required as THE ONLY ALTERNATE METHOD do not work
A: "optional quest" diplomatic distractions cannot complete as captain Va'kel Shon won't buy the self sealing stem bolts as he is supposed to
B: "optional quest" crew assignments cannot be started as captain Va'kel Shon doesn't seem to recognize you as federation ally

With Federation Science captain
Cannot complete mission properly for almost exactly the same reasons
1: diplomacy and maurader skills not available on console
2: "OPTIONAL" side missions cannot complete
A: exact same reason as with romulan
B: too busy bragging about how facing borg gives him and you a better perspective than diplomats to launch quest

I can get over the turn rate bug. I can get over the Wardrobe issues. I cannot get over a broken main story line on a game. If I wanted PVP I'd be playing World of Tanks or Warframe, they have less bugs.

P.S: I finally found more posts on the second Wave Mission in the Forum by searching the archives. This Mission has been broken for 4 years. WTF. Asking for developers to ban my account and refund all of my money
