Beginning of a new future

I tried many times to do this mission, but whatever I do, I can't finish it. I tried to do mission with the goals that are expected to do, I tried to do every mission on New Romulus and with no success. No matter what I do, the mission can't be completed. I know it's only for 20 Romulan marks, but sometimes this marks can mean big difference. So I wonder, did anyone succseded on this mission, or it's just mission with no results. I think, that problem with this mission has been in my case for a long time now (year or more). And if everyone has problem with it, why don't DEV repaire it or remove it?

    What seems to be the problem exactly? Did you complete the Area specific mission and the quest didn't complete?

    Exactly. Let's say Kylor Gives you to help in staging area, to finish Beginning of the new future. So after choosing only this, you can't even begin the mission without choosing the second mission (I think is called Help in staging area - or something like that). After completing this second mission you only get reward for second mission. But First mission stays unresolved no matter what you do. It stays unresolved even if Kylor gives you mission to help on other New Romulus instances. I even tried to do let's say for staging area - the radiation mission. And it didn't help.

    I tested it and it doesn't complete, it's probably bugged.

    So it's not just my problem. But this problem has been in game for a long time now.

    Did you return to the guy to turn it in?
