(Xbox) Cannot spend skill points.

I've run into an issue where I cannot spend my final skill point (obtained at level 50). I attempt to purchase a skill as I have previously but the skills will not unlock. I also now have a few specialization points which I cannot spend either. Anyone else experience this problem and know of a solution?

    This is a known issue with Romulan characters, and I am experiencing this too. If it's not a Romulan, definitely put in a support ticket. (I also have Fed and Klingy chars who are not experiencing this issue)

    My rom can't spend any points period. I was told to come on here but clearly there's no fix. No compensation at all and pretty much a that sucks.

    Yeah, I can't spend any points at all either. Worked the character up to level 5X and now that time was basically wasted.

    Response to my support ticket was bascally: "this appears to be an unreported bug. Maybe it will be fixed some day, maybe not. kthxbai"

    Write reviews on XBox/XBox Live/PS4 and contact Sony/Microsoft with issues and requests for refund of any money spent for ZEN. This will get attention much more quickly if enough of us do so.
