[PC] T6 JDHC doesnt earn experience

Hello i just got the Jem'hadar Dreadnought Carrier and it has 2 bugs:
1. doesnt launch the jemjadar attack ships
2. it doesnt earn experience to rank up to the next level of the ship abilities.

Could someone assist.

    I get 1. but I've been able to reach mastery level 1 so far.

    Same problem with pets only with jem'hadar attack ship, experience work for me at level 1 now.

    I'm very sorry for doing this but I'm unable to start my own thread as I'm new. I was told to come here to speak about my tech issue. I have a Toon that no longer gets skill points or special points. I can't even spend the ones I have. This has been since the TRIBBLE up maintenance. My issue is on ps4. Getting rather ticked off with no solution or compensation considering the Toon fills a Toon slot and I either accept it or restart a character...

    it looks the experience doesnt work while using the queue system in the standard encounters experience gets earned
