Why can't I upgrade my Dyson space set? PS4

I noticed that there seem to be no available tech upgrades for the Dyson set. Is this a bug or are reputation sets not able to be upgraded?

    some can some can't. I assume it's crappy coding with older gear. iirc you need temporal rep mastery to get the free upgrade for UR mk XIII with rep gear, and can upgrade to mkXIV from there..... XBOX does not have the full rep system yet. I noticed with loot sets....some allow a free MK XI to XII upgrade or MKII to MKIII (depending max drop lvl) then allow you to go to XIV, (chronometric, quantum phase) but many that have the free upgrade greyed out are stuck forever as mkXI/XII (jem'hadar, breen, solanae etc)

    For PS4, it seems to be All sets(Jem'Hadar, Breen, Reman, Delta, etc) and special weps(H'arpeng torp, Bioneural torp, etc). I put a ticket in more than a month ago. Hopefully it will be fixed soon...
