[PC] [SOLVED] Gravity Well moving, following along with Ships, Not Anchored to a fixed point

Since the 10/6 update Gravity Well no Longer impedes the NPC target. rather it follows along allowing the target to continue to travel and maneuver at a normal pace.
It will still clump all the targets in range together and is relatively motionless when applied to a large group due to all the ships pulling it in different directions but when applied to a single target or small group of targets all traveling in the same direction in just moves along staying centered in the middle of the target not affecting the targets movement. Oh and after all the NPC's are gone the gravity well will travel back towards and settle on my ship.
To replicate: Go to one of the Breen Daily Missions (that's where I first noticed it as I play them everyday). Apply Gravity Well to a target. Observe.
