Xbox One - Can't spend any skill points

Levels 5-49 worked fine. Now that I'm level 50 (51, actually), I cannot spend any skill points on my KDF Romulan. I can't spend the last skill point I acquired, I cannot select a class tier ability (i.e. Hangar Health), and I cannot spend specialization points.

Relogging, restarting the software, and restarting my Xbox did not fix it.

    There is another post listing this. I posted there as well. This seems to be a romulan captain specific bug.

    Have the same thing going on. Rom tac captain 52 now and staring at my points from 50,51,52

    Ok, apparently, you also cannot unlock trait slots. I just achieved tier 5 mastery in my Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier, unlocked the Dominion Coordination ship trait. Yet when I go to my captain's traits, all the slots are locked.

    This is beginning to get aggravating - and it was happening before the patch.

    Same problem, and ARC has no desire to answer trouble tickets or fix this issue. Shameful the level of support they offer.

    I submitted a ticket on 10/6. They responded yesterday, asked for more info. There are tons of people seeking help. Have patience.

    I hit level 50 on my Romulan Alien Eng and cant spend skill ponts or change uniforms. I sided with Federation. Did I miss where you submit bugs from Xbox one or is it not there? I had to go on my laptop to look for any fixes for this.

    Support may not be able to help you, as they were not able to fix my character. I had to use a Captain Retrain token - but that did fix my character progression issue.

    My advice would be to wait until they come out with a fix for it. I'm sure they will, as it's a pretty serious issue.

    Something I just thought of: when my character was bugged, I had two copies of Evasive Maneuvers in my captain abilities radial. After resetting him him, that is also fixed.

    I also have two copes of evasive maneuvers in my captain radial. Also when playing the mission A Step Between Stars Tuvok's ship had two copies of the set shield buff. Related?

    Edit: To avoid making backtobacks in the same thread. As an update I was told this is an unreported bug, file a report in-game and that they would not/could not help me. Is there even a way to file in-game reports on console? As far as I can tell there is not.

    Bug is on romulan and also the store purchased reman... I will the fix listed in this forum... thanks for suggestion... now if you could come up with a solution for the broken universal console on my klingon ship

    I've sent multiple tickets in on this myself and they say to post to this or the other thread, nothing more. They will not give out retrain tokens, nor will they acknowledge the bugs existence. I spent money on the scimitar and an upgrade token but without those specializations the ship will never be even remotely as strong as it needs to be at level 60. So that's basically 30 bucks wasted.

    Was hoping this would of been fixed yesterday. This is the 1st MMO I've played where the devs broke a class and aren't in any hurry to fix it.

    What do you expect when Romulans are only 12% of the total community. If this affected Fed toons this would've been fixed a long time ago. I call shenanigans on support saying they have no clue or haven't heard of it either.

    But there is a sale on the Lifetime Subscription!!! >:)>:)>:)

    Same problem exists on PS4 as well... can't distribute skill points, specialization points nor can you assign ship traits or space and ground traits from reputations... and no answer yet...
