Xbox One Space Dock Auto Beam out issue

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I am attempting to dock with Space Dock and keep getting beamed out right after materializing on the space dock transporter pad.

My starship is the Warwick

    there's already lots of threads about this.

    devs know about it. and are working at fixing it

    directly chatting with their support team didnt help, they refused to talk about this issue

    when it comes to gamebreaking bugs, they are already far behind industry standerd on fix timeframe

    They clearly have no idea how to fix it. Practically every aspect of the game is broken in some way. During the one mission I've been able to run today my Fed ground team used Klingon animations to beam out. Not really an issue in and of itself normally but I think that shows how borked the game is right now. I'm pretty surprised it's still up and running.

    I was stuck in breen arc mission cold comfort one of the prisoners wont trigger, so i started new character and now i cant even finish the tutorial because every time i try it beams me out to quadrant wtf

    I have seen alot of bugs too. I am running a federation and I have got missions for klingon and cannot do them.

    Why is it you have to go to earth spaceport just to swap ships. Why can't I just do it at S.B.39-sierra... then this glitch would be less of an issue. Possibly would be less people there too

    Accepted Borg Advance arc mission "report on borg advance" and it let me in no idea what im gonna do about the new char but this will do

    Well my new character can not leave fed space nor can it do jack TRIBBLE it can not go to any other starbase either as soon as i get to far from sol it warps me right back outside sol system only option is hitting a button to "travel to earth spacedock" which when i do it beams me right back here again so...

    What really sucks is I am sure there were people who where trying to level up a character to start the Crystalline Cataclysm in time to be able to get the torpedo. This bug is going to make that much harder to do.

    Maybe they'll fix it faster if everyone logs off... Not being a smartass, just saying that's usually what we're asked to do whenever a particular programme is glitching at work...

    This is fairly serious, since it blocks player progress and many otherwise long-term players are likely getting frustrating and quitting. I myself have been stuck for two days, unable to play that character. Made a klingon and he is now stuck trying to leave the safehouse in the captial.

    I wouldn't expect a fast fix though. There are bugs that we've been complaining about since launch that haven't been fixed in six years.

    Same for me only Rom/KDF with leveling missions (ship for next lvl) telling me to go to earth space dock! Meanwhile can't go to Qo'Nos at all to turn in other missions. LVL 34 captain that now can't progress.

    Launching on XBox and PS4, while not supporting the game properly or seeming to care that you have new players with captains they can't play, because of stupid bugs will cause those communities of players to complain long and hard to Microsoft and Sony. That means you WILL have your game removed from those platforms and you WILL refund monies payed by players for the ZEN they purchased and can't use. If you don't think so just wait and see. Apparently you folks didn't test your programming very well and the updates to it that have broken so many player's games (YOUR GAME!.) Server maintenance shouldn't be breaking the game. Just poor programming skills and sloppy procedures. Those will do this to a game for sure.

    Whats funny is i was about to drop another 50 on zen for a ship bundle but now im kinda thinking of buy a different game
