Console ship reward packs still giving t5 ships

I bought a dreadnought off the exchange for 50 mil ec. When I opened it, I received a T5 ship. I created a ticket for support, but they are adamant that I received a dreadnought as part of the fix that happened earlier that day. The fix gave me a keldon and a jem hadar heavy escort carrier. Now support won't push through the ticket to get a manual award of the t6 ship they say I already had. There is no T6 dreadnought on my character.

So what gives? Is this yet another case of the left hand not knowing what the right is doing?

I think at this point I trust a burrito from Chipotle more than this game.

    The response from support tells a different story from the developers.

    "Hello,

    Thank you for the update. The stated developer resolution was set to be done for ships purchased for Lobi. As of that fact, your character was sent the corrected T6 boxes, whish we are seeing one opened and the extra posted and removed from the Exchange. The box that was later purchased from the Exchange is seemingly the bugged box, and as such is treated as a different ship, and grants the T5 and not the T6 ship. Thank you for your understanding."

    The corrected boxes referenced are heavy escorts and a keldon. The box purchased from the exchange is the dreadnought.

    So basically, I get a bugged ship and support says too bad so sad?! WTF! Is this really how they want console release to go?

    Link to the event in question. Occurred 9/23 00:41 am CST. This was several hours after the remediation to my account for the Keldon and Heavy escorts I had.

    Support still maintains that I don't get the t6 dread as it isnt a lobi ship purchase. Can't claim a person scammed me because it is labeled as a t6, no way for them to know. The only resolution is to have support push a t6 to me. They can make it character bound for all I care. I just want either the money back or a T6 dread.

    Weird.

    My Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier is labeled as a T6 in my ship inventory display.

    Upload a screenshot to xboxdvr.com where we can see the ship in the inventory or a video that shows it in the inventory, because on that video it doesn't display anything other than you buying the ship and opening the box.

    When you unbox it will tell you that it is a jem'hadar dreadnought carrier. The other packs open as jem'hadar dreadnought carrier(t6). I can grab a screenshot, but the point is customer support tells me the box was bugged and gave a t5 as it should have. They themselves confirmed it was bugged, yet do nothing to fix the issue.

    The only bug that i know of, is a visual bug, a bug on the tooltip on the box.

    Truth be told, i'm not even sure which box you're talking about. Is it the one bought with Lobi crystals? Or is it the one from the lock boxes?

    The one you bought on the EXC was clearly the one from the lock box. The one from the Lobi crystals is one ship only and it is the heavy escort carrier, which doesn't say if it's T5 or T6 in its inventory.

    It was the dreadnought t6. If you watch the video full screen, the window that pops after opening the box would have additional text stating it was the t6. The stats would be different too.

    From my interchange with support, it is evident someone sold a bugged box on the exchange for 50 mil. Support isn't doing anything about it as the box, although miss labeled, is giving the correct ship. I am maintaining it should give what it is labeled as. And this is where the problem now lies.

    Lesson to everyone, don't buy the ships off exchange.

    It is from the bugged boxes it would seem.

    This is a bug and the developers are responsible for correcting it, and for giving players the correct ship. All they'd have to do is to send one to the player's inventory and take away the wrong version of it. Can't really be that hard.

    I find it odd that these boxes were not fixed. Because if you find one when you unlock the boxes you pick up yourself, they're not bugged. I got mine from a box i had picked up myself. It says "Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier (T6)" when i look at it in the ship inventory.

    The Lobi Crystal Jem'Hadar Heavy Escort Carrier doesn't even say if it's T5 or T6.

    The game is in dire need of a patch on both consoles. If they want to keep this game alive, they need to ignore the 40k fee or whatever and fix their game. With the amount of money they've made so far on both consoles, it amazes me that we haven't gotten a major bug fix update for it yet. Oh and to my knowledge, Sony doesn't even charge a 40k fee for updates.

    They just escalated and will not remediate this. They advised i received my heavy escort so they can't replace the dreadnought. What the actual...

    Proof support doesn't have a clue whats up with their own game:
    "Hello,

    This ticket was escalated to me for further review and I apologize for any frustration caused by this issue. I've looked over various activity logs and can confirm the following took place:
    Character "Brun" received two "Special Requisition Pack - Jem'Hadar Heavy Escort Carrier [T6]" which is the correct T6 version of the ship.
    One pack was opened and the ship was added to a ship slot.
    One pack was put into the Exchange but that sale was cancelled and the pack reclaimed.
    As the previous GM stated, the fix implemented by the developers was not retroactive, so any packs still in existence, like the one you acquired through the Exchange, would have awarded a T5 version when opened. I'm sorry that you received the T5 version of the Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier, however, since you were already granted two of the T6 Jem'Hadar Heavy Escort Carriers I will not be able to provide any more compensation or reimbursement.

    Thank you for your patience and your understanding in this matter.
