[PC] I am not added to Team while in PVE missions

Started happening a few days ago. When I join PVE queue, ground or space missions, I am not added to the team. I can still see other players and complete the objectives. However, I cannot see my team mate icons on my HUD, I cannot chat in Team and other players on the team report that they cannot see me on their HUD either, so we have to chat in local.
I did some searching and one recommendation was to join team outside of queue to fix it. I tried that and manually joining a team works fine. However, it does not fix the issue of joining queue again after that.
I just came back to the game after a long break and want to become a lifer but seem to be running into a few bugs, this is just the most annoying one. Any ideas? Thank you!
