Bio-neural Warhead

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I have just obtained the bio neural war head and cant fire it I know that i need to be 2.5km from target but i hold/tap RB to fire but cant is this a bug or is there a requirement i am not meting.

    Well they were nice enough to give me they key back so im not mad i love support companies who are this nice and understanding.

    well your lucky .. i would love all my keys back since the loot that i got for them is stuck in the dam account bank.. over 1400 crystals sitting there and 200 dilithium vouchers thats literally what 8-10 per opening if i was lucky and since i get the crystals thats like 4-10 per box thats anywhere from 300-500 keys... it pisses me off
