(Xbox) Cannot accept 'Delta flight' mission (SOLVED)

Upon selecting it, I get a message from Captain Karan that I have to be level 10 to play the featured episodes and that they are available from the journal's featured episode listing. Im level 56 and do not already have the mission active or have accepted it in the past. I am also a Federation character.

    this is happening to me as well on the xbox i am a human in starfleet lvl 57 and can not go anywhere past 50% of the iconian war and cant do the next set of missions after the iconian war..

    Same. Even after the recent weekly server patch, but still exists.

    those are old messages when it was a featured episode on the pc... if you cant accept the mission that means you dont meet the level requirement... it may be L60.

    someone of us would be level 60 if we could finish missions that dont pop up and say have to be level 10 when i am level 57...

    you have to be 58 to accept the 2 quests after 50%, then level 59 for the last 2. You must be level 60 for all the quests in Future Proof
