Klingon First City Talior bugging out on PS4

Whenever I attempt to do anything advanced regarding the Tailor in the first city it snatches the control from you and sends it to the bottom of the page. Try to change your outfit? Dragged to the bottom. Try to change a color? Dragged to the bottom. Bugged. Fix it.

Workaround: Use the Talior at Drozana Station instead. He's Ferangi but he isn't bugged.
