So far Cryptic has revamped most everything in the game, the sector map, the skill system, crafting, nearly all the early game missions, but what other things would you like to see revamped/added on to?
Me personally
1. Revamped ship interiors. It would be cool to have functional ship interiors that have some purpose other then.... well.... nothing like they have now.
2. I would like to see Doffing get some updates to bring it more inline with Admiralty, so it isn't a painful slog like it is now.
3. PVE queues. Cryptic needs to do something to make them more fun/playable. Increased rewards, less terrible objectives, something.
4. An addition to the above, I would like to see the Borg STFs be revamped, and also made into playable storyline missions as part of the Borg arc. Its kinda silly the Borg arc just leaves us hanging, and we have to go do the STfs to get the end of the story.
5. Defera. All the other battlezones/adventure zones from Nimbus to the Badlands are generally pretty good. But Defera is just broken, and even Cryptic has admitted its broken/unfinished. If they ever go back and revisit the Borg in a future arc, this place should get revamped to be that season's "new" battleground.
6. DS9 map revamp. It was planned for season 11, but put on hold. Would be great to see it finished.

-Kits being added to the crafting system
-Breen arc touchups
-Revamp of the early Klingon missions such as the Fek'Ihri and Warzone arcs
Make all maps including sector space PvP zones ala Ker'rat. Open up certain hours of the day for Fed side characters to attack Qo'nos including the ground maps. Do the same for KDF on ESD.

just Delta quadrant mission arc, way too much patrols included in missions, to make them like patrols in alpha quadrant, do if you want, as when i take all missions in delta, whole map is glowing from north to south
Yeah, the Delta Quadrant patrol missions are brutal. Just not fun. I used to skip them, but am doing them on my Temporal Operative and it's just brutal.
Given that they still haven't fixed the loadout system and my power tray on some characters still loses it settings, I'm no really interested in revamps. I want a game, that like- works.
Borg. Use assimilated shuttle craft where you use probes, probes where you use spheres, spheres where you use cubes, cubes where you use Tactical Cubes, Tactical Cubes where you use B'Gers, and B'Gers and Diamonds for anything beyond that.
Give them an adaptation mechanic similar to Elite Fleet Shields and/or the Aegis Shield. Also, give them the kinetic beam.
Interiors. Make them usable for Foundry missions and for story missions in some manner. Maybe they all need the same floor plan, or they would work kinda like social map interacts work right now in the Foundry, with predefined interaction and spawn points. That limits freedom in mission design, of course,but finally we can have some ship-in-a-bottle episodes. If you can, add customization options like different wall detailing, door designs, alternate warp cores and the like.
Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.
Fix the bugs and server issues first before doing any revamping.

Things I would not mind seeing getting a revamp, or an update.
Reputations: This is less of a suggestion of a revamp to reputations, an more of a update to the stories an activities of the different reputations in kinda a form of a mini-expansion concept. Looking at the many older reps we have (Like the Nukara, Omega, New romulus, and such) we have them stalemated in their story arc, and so I would love to to see some updates to these reps an their stories, which could be thru story arc linked to that reputation like exploring or building up New romulus or investigating Borg activities around Herald/Iconian ship wreckage. As a form of mid-expansion filler kind of content that allows the devs to flesh them out, while also being able to put more polish an finish things that might not have been able to be done otherwise would be nice.
Reputation items: I would not mind seeing some of the older reputations that only have a single space weapon, such as the experimental romulan beam array or Hyper-dual refracting tetryon beam bank, be made to have a second option like a single or dual version of that weapon kinda like how the newer sets have. Though I would not mind if they also revamped how the Experimental proton weapon/set works a bit, with the critical chance an damage boost to photon torpedoes as well as the general critical chance/severity boost as a single tier of the set, while than I would not mind seeing the other tier is the being a toggle ability that cause the proton weapon to shift between being in cannon or beam mode.
class/career wide rebalance pass/revamp/rework: With how the meta is working right now I think we could definitely use a nice pass over the vast abilities we have in our careers, and either rebalance them in some cases, or rework others to bring them all more inline with each other in viability. THings like making it that either all cannon/beam/torpedo augmenting abilities in tactical start at ensign or lieutenant rank, also seeing some of the less worth while high tier abilities tweaked (looking at Aeton beam as it is nice, but could use a bit of help).
Deeper class/career ship interactions: This one might sound weird to some, but I think ti would help a bit to make things more interesting. Basically I would not mind seeing some perks given to players that fly a ship type that suits their career choice, like using a science career captain on a science ship would give you some bit of perk to the effectiveness of that ship's innate qualities. Such as that in the example of the science career captain flying a science ship he might be able to use his sensor scan career ability to spread or generate several stacks on a target he has locked onto with his sensor analyst ship ability.
A combat revamp: Pretty easy to understand I am sure. I would want to see a deeper more interesting, challenging, and so rewarding combat system. Which could be done thru better AI for the enemies, more unique tactics an abilities for them as well, but also more interesting space environments to do combat in that might allow us to use that environment to our benefit.
Hanger/separation pet Ui/Ai revamp/rework: This has been asked for awhile, and honestly with how many ships we get that sacrifice a weapon slot or more for that hanger-bay, or a console slot for separation capability, it is weird how barebone an terrible the Ui as well as AI of these are. I would love to see them improve how we control our hanger/separation-pets by giving us a full-on Ui to control them via commands (like our ground boff), while also giving us an improved Ai for them as well to warrant the sacrifices made to get them. Also though seeing us get some consoles that would share/split some of our bonuses gained from our consoles with these pets could be nice, which could be revamped from the lackluster general tactical consoles (+cannon/beam/torpedo/mine damage ones). Though also like the new romulan an Nukara reps it would be nice to have some rep-specific/unique hanger pets we could get in each rep.
Quadrant story exploration expansions: For this I would just love to see more of the different stories, and areas of the many quads expanded on. We had so many stories an races in the delta quad that it would be nice to be able to fallow a mini-arc that showcases what is happening with them in the quad. Just more of a influx of side-content to the main-story content to be able to do when you get burned out on the main story arc, or just are more interested in the side story of the many races. I would love to see a side-story arc that would showcase what happened with the Vaadwaur after the rebellion an fall of Gual for instance.

PS4 doesn't have traceroute, neverwinter and STO are the only cryptic games i have, ESO, warframe and psn are running fine.
You can still do a trace from your PC assuming that you have a PC in your house. Keep in mind that the ESO and PSN servers aren't next door to the Cryptic servers so they won't all be affected the same.

Well look at New romulus the area that the rep is about has not really changed at all after how long? Same with the Omega rep they are fighting the borg, and after the wars with the Vaadwaur an Iconians there are alot of ship-wreckage that they could assimilate leading into them making a resurgence in activity. You have the Nukara rep that deals with the Tholians, which are still active even in the temporal wars, so I could see them getting into story arcs about them delving into what the Tholians might be up to now.
Basically the idea of taking these reps that have long since been left behind, and using them as filler content between main-story content releases, via expanding on what has been going on with them after the events that they were apart of. Good example would be the new romulan rep that deals with new Romulus which has been in the same state for quite awhile, so what about a story ar that showcases how the world progressed over the time we have been gone, but also thru doing those rep-based missions we get access to new rep-project we can do.
