Stuck under tutorial Map after a Crash

Here's the ticket I just submitted:

"I am stuck under the map after talking to Captain Taggert and crashing, I cannot simply delete this character because I claimed my "first time buyer pack" on him and would not like to lose the items. Please either roll back the character to just beforfe he talked to taggert or move him to the proper spot so I can continue on. I'll be on Morgan West@Protector if a GM needs to talk to me. Thanks!"

Hopefully someone can help, as I said I cannot simply delete the character, so moving him should be possible.

EDIT: Issue was resolved by CS telling to to delete my character and then they resent me the first time buyer's pack on my main. CS did good here.

    I got disconnected from the server on my new Delta Recruit as I transported to the SFA to talk the first contact there. When I reconnected I was stuck below again in the same place as last time. This is a serious BUG that needs to be addressed. It's not so bad this time as I can freely delete this guy, but it's still not a good start.

    Don't claim anything on the Delta Recruit until you're out of the tutorial!

    Necro because I am guessing these aren't read by anyone who can do anything about it. I have this same issue - have rewards on a character stuck in an old tutorial and I am up to a week now waiting for CS. Even tried buying a transwarp coil to see if that would help. This CS is worse than in CO - at least I get responses there within 24 hours.
