account bank xbox one.

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I put some lobi crystals in my account bank to test sending stuff over to my new main but everytime either of my character tried to take them out I get a Grrr noise and then the game freezes. everytime... is something broken with the account bank or is this something to do with my putting the crystals in?
