Xbox one Console skills bug

Bought the Avenger Battlecruiser and i have the VATA console equipped and the skill is nowhere to be found.....im curious if other console based skills are bugged?

    the jupiter is missing its console skill too

    ps4 as well. just bought avenger too, no way to use vata. possibly same bug that makes the bio neural torpedo not work, as well as the breen set skill.
    could be all special skills but those are the only ones I've tied

    Im also gonna do some testing......I have a console that gives me a skill called team fortress.....I can find that skill.....maybe you cant have both equipped

    Seriously guys, bugs happen, but this bug that makes a ship we paid money for not work as advertised is unacceptable.

    I bought the T6 Advanced Escort, the skill works but doesn't do any damage lol

    Yeah. Just bought the Jupiter. Console ability, Fleet Maneuver Alpha, is nowhere to be found. Same goes for the Subsystem Targeting abilities - which means those are apparently absent from ALL vessels (I already wrote a bug report about them missing from Science Vessels).

    Its annoying im sure it will be fixed asap.... it has too or they wont make money until it is fixed

    I have the Team Fortress skill from my console but not the Dominion ones from the Heavy Escort or Dreadnought. I understand bugs but I was just wondering if other people had the same problem.

    So the eclipse intel cruiser console does work

    Unfortunately no vata on my avenger either
