PS4: Bio - Neural Warhead will not fire

PS4 console - warhead will not fire at all with R1. Tried in multiple weapon slots and T1 - T6 ships. It lights up when a target is available but pressing or holding R1 does nothing. Tried multiple ranges between point blank through 15km also.

    I too have had the same problem on PS4. I have also tried equipping it on different ships and in different slots while trying to fire from different ranges too. I got the weapon from a lockbox and really want to use it. Devs please fix this...

    Also have this problem, I suspect its universal. Have submitted a ticket, also check that the abilities from set pieces are even available in the ability wheels, and console abilities (The skill name will be in the description). As my BReen set ability does not show/work along with my Carrier console ability lol. Instead of waiting to sell us ships until these console abilities wor, they still take our money thoguh!
