EA Cash Card

I bought a EA cash card game card for $20 thinking I can use it to buy Zen. I haven't figured out how to do that yet. I guess I missed something somewhere after I bought. Is there anyway I can use this to buy Zen or did I buy the wrong card?

Think you probably got the wrong card - EA has nothing to do with STO. As far as I am aware the EA cards can only be redeemed for EA games/dlc through EA's own origin platform.

Yes, unfortunately you purchased the wrong card to use for STO or any other games published by Perfect World Entertainment (PWE) which is not affiliated with EA. You need to purchase an Arc Games card like the one in the following link.

Also, it seems Walmart sells an electronic version of the Arc Games card instead of the physical card. The card # is e-mailed to you so no need to pay for shipping I suppose... and no need to leave the house either.
