If you had 5000 or 6000 zen to spend, which discount pack(s) would you purchase?
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

Maybe the cross faction escort carrier pack. I've been eyeballing the Qa'tel, and since I have the Mirror Qin... Mirror skin option available!

I know, not a discount pack but those are the only ships I really consider 'must-haves' for their traits. Other than that: just pick the ship that looks the best / most fun to fly
I currently have the 31st century Temporal ship pack and the T6 cross faction escort carrier pack. Each of course has their own perks.
The Temporal pack I found is best if you're big on using science abilities or exotic damage abilities in general (the eternal's trait enables you to deal more damage with your weapons, provided you are using exotic damage abilities).
The Heavy Escort carrier pack differs with respect to the ship you're flying and what abilities you have with them.
Alita Heavy Escort Carrier: If you own the Thunderchild & Armitage Heavy Escort Carrier, you can equip their consoles to the T6 ship and get the benefits of the console set bonus. The tachyon emitter console works wonders if you train your captain in drain expertise to drain those shields, and then the torpedo point defense system will essentially do most of the rest of the work of killing your enemies!
Qa'tel Escort Raptor: Apart from being able to cloak and the console it shares between the three ships of the pack, this ship needs a bit more focus for the best damage potential.
T6 Tactical warbird Carrier: the Ar'kif ship line was always based more with plasma damage. If you own the whole set from the lower ships, you get a ship that can deal a higher degree of plasma damage and have that damage blast through your enemies shields with the Tachyon console. Since the Romulans can cloak in battle, you get bonus damage and with the annihilation mode, your weapon power becomes more on par with most escorts (since the Romulan power levels are lower than what you start with other ships).
In the end, you should get the ship pack that best matches your playstyle.
I got the battlecruiser 3-pack in the last sale and my TOS captain is flying the Arbiter. It's a great ship and lets me slot grav well 1, tac team, APB, BFAW along with heals and 2 x EPTWeapons for the firing cycle haste trait.
If you like cruisers, the T6 Battlecruisers are good all-round ships with a trait that benefits pretty much every build that relies on energy weapons.
The Temporal 3-pack has at least two solid vessels (I haven't flown the raider yet), but two of the traits are linked to exotic damage and/or temporal abilities. On the other hand, it's the best bang for your buck if you have toons in more than one faction: most packs have one ship per faction, this has three. If you run a KDF or Romulan science toon, this is very good for them.
Since I already own all three of these, I'll be silly and take the Romulan Dyson three-pack. Yes, they're T5, and yes the Dyson line are a batch of lemons, but I've always liked that particular variation.
I would not call the Phantom's a must have if someone doesn't like threat and the heat or if they have a hard time pulling it. Otherwise yes, it's a good one.
The Kumari set is definitely on the radar as far as i am concerned. It almost seems sacrilege not to have this on an Andorian character.
Also looking at the cross faction escort, cruiser and battle cruiser packs.
Pilot ships look interesting, but i am not sure they add a lot game play wise.
The Presidio is not my cup of tea. Arbiter has a great trait, but since i usually prefer small vessels and science i am not sure if i would actually use it after grinding the trait.
I also have Klingon and Romulan Character, although i do play them less frequently, and i would like to hear some thoughts/suggestions for those factions as well.

l really don't know what l'm about to say, except l have a feeling about it.
That l must repeat the words that come without my knowledge.'
Aren't the discount packs usually excluded from that type of thing?

If you prefer science, you should take the Presidio and a Science ship of your choice and not a discount-pack! The AHOD-trait is so great for a scientist.
Game Description: Activating a Tactical or Command Bridge Officer ability will reduce the recharge time of Science Bridge Officer abilities and Captain abilities. Science bridge officer ability recharge time reduced by 10% and captain ability recharge time reduced by 5%, this may only occur once every 5 seconds.
They add more than Intel, Command or Temporal abilities. They are more visible, can be more frequently used, they add new options to your combat maneuvering, and they are even potent!
And they are incredibly fun.
The federation pilot ship pack and the Kumari pack. The former because of the pilot maneuvers and the latter for RP purpose on my Andorians.
I would like to hear some more feedback though.
