Promotional Admiralty Cards Un-reclaimable

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
In my promotions tab of the Z-store, I have the pheonix and assimilated cruiser listed as purchased, but the ships are not in my admiralty menu. I have tried to reclaim them, but it doesn't work. Is there something I need to do to allow them to be reclaimed?

    What does it say when you try to reclaim them ? I have never had an item I could not claim/reclaim without it telling me the reason why. The answer to that question will tell you (us) what must be done.

    Until you provide that answer, the only reason I can think of off the top of my head that would prevent you from reclaiming them is that you already have them somewhere in your inventory, if not in your admiralty ship list, then still in their boxes in your inventory, or in your bank, or your overflow bag.

    Thanks, I cleared this up with customer service. They were not in my inventory, bank, or overflow, or my admiralty roster, and the message was that I could only have one at a time. A systemic error that they were helpful in fixing.

    Glad you got it fixed. And glad you actually came back in here to let people know it was fixed. A LOT of people won't take the time to do that.

    Also, you are proof positive that customer service does actually exist, and does actually help people. A LOT of people think otherwise around here.
