Saw a nice promo for the console versions of STO. It wasn't clear if the PC version will also get the amazing graphics update that the consoles have. Can't find any information on this so thought it was worth asking on the forums.

That lighting update, most people aren't a fan of. It over saturates the maps and kills off the detail in just about everything.
Edit: Here's the thread that those graphical updates for the PC version are mentioned in.
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

Personally I'm hoping the responsiveness upgrade that was mentioned at some point is in the PC version as well. I've never used the keybinds as I prefer to activate my bridge powers individually, but I hate that I can't seem to do more than 2 at a time, if I try to activate 3 or more powers in quick succession at least one of them will usually end up being ignored and I have to try to activate it again.

I think the most important thing to remember is that they are also stills. But I thought most of them looked like an improvement anyway, because it just felt like the light effects were not just seemingly painted on the map and there were many sources in play.
Oh, and if I understood things correctly, some of the changes might be now on Tribble already? (Only ESD?)

They already revamped them on PC for the TOS episodes. Did you play the TOS episodes?
But none of the STO human models are going to match Fallout 4 or other "modern" games, that's not the art style or what the engine supports.
