Temporal Agent question

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I created a Temporal Agent approximately 0000 UTC on what would be Thursday prior to the patch and ending of the event. When I talked to Phillip Crey that day I didn't receive my Transponder. Support reissued it to me today yet I still cannot claim the rewards for any Temporal Agent completions (finding probes, etc). Did I miss something?

    Might be bugged for you, I created a second AoY character after the event and got the transponder, and everything seems to work as it should

    Yes, the event ended on wednesday.
