Hegh'ta and Recon Sci both stack up very well as T5 ships in the end-game content. Mogai is the top T3 ship of any faction, with awesome hull strength and maneuverability. There are a plethora of Sci/Cruisers and Tac/Cruisers already, but these three ships are, in my opinion, the best hulls to use to relieve the dearth of Tac/Sci ships.
A "Long Range Exploration Bundle" could include these three ships, along with various exploration-themed consoles, and they could become an excellent dilithium sink for players seeking to improve their Science repertoire.

The Mogai already has a T6 version, the Morrigu. And I think a recon science vessel at T6 is difficult because Cryptic doesn't hold the license for the model any more

How does one lose the license to artwork within the property one owns and maintains? Isn't this in league with locking yourself inside your car?
Anyway: Morrrigu is nice, but it is not a Science vessel. I'm specifically asking for a Tac oriented Science Vessel pack, and the Mogai/Valdore/Morrigu artwork and layout is perfect for the role, as is a Sci-BoP Hegh'ta. Both Roms and Klinks could use a faction-specific sci-boat that is not a cruiser/battlecruiser with a few sci consoles.
And the Recon Sci is by far and away the best Tac/Sci in the game, both in looks and performance. In fact, I'm hard pressed to come up with any other Tac/Sci ships useful at end game that are not Pilot ships. If the Luna/Polaris/Sol/Comet artwork cannot be used, similar designs could easily be generated with parts already in game to make use of that awesome silhouette.
Some of those will just never happen like the NX and Miranda. The Wells and Mobius have T6 already thats what the 31st century temporal ships are and im pretty sure the t5 consoles can go on the t6 as proof.
I want to see t6 Vesta, , Sovereign, Fek'Ihri carrier, Star Cruiser, Andorian with crtd]x3 weapons added to the Dil store and a Galor with spiral wave disruptor beams crtd]x3 added to the Dil store.
I wish other would have been an option.
Anyway... For my Klingon faction toons, I'd love to see a T6 Gorn vessel.
While a T6 Nebula and Sovereign would be nice... I'd really love to see a T6 Constellation class. I dunno. I remember being a little kid watching TNG and when they showed the USS Stargazer... I've always loved that ship.

There's no 31st century escort or fast science vessel - so Wells / Mobius updates could still fit in very comfortably (and if there's any justice, Cryptic would redo their Klingon and Romulan counterparts as well).
A lot of assumptions have been ditched in the last few months - we've got KT ships including the updated Connie, and an entire line of T6 TOS ships. Granted they're expensive - a T6 TOS Battlecruiser with interior will set you back 7,000Z - but still... point is, any past assumptions about what Cryptic couldn't / wouldn't do are void. With the 50th anniversary just around the corner, I could see the Powers That Be relaxing the previous edict about a T6 Connie, and the "26th century ships disguised as earlier ones for temporal agents" neatly avoids any problems about why those ships can stand toe-to-toe with 25C ones.
I'm personally hoping that for the 50th anniversary itself, we'll see the remaining 3 Enterprises at T6; NX, TOS Connie and Sovereign. The Sovvie just needs a refit, while there are still vacancies for a Temporal Light Escort and Temporal Heavy Cruiser in the lineout...
People said they saw T6 Nebula in Enterprise. How do we know it wasn't a T7 Nebula?

I voted for the Nebula because I love the look of the ship. Yes, I know its a kitbash of the D but it is still a great looking ship. Also, once I finally figured out how to build for science, I could make that thing kick some major @ss!!
As a second vote I went for NX class Starship. Although I believe it would be tough to make an NX style Retrofit/refit whatever without having it look to similar to the Escort/carrier it would be great to see what they come up with. Also, there is always the never-used, much loved Season 5 Enterprise NX-Refit... I would throw my wallet at the screen in a second if they rolled out THAT in T6 form!

Yes there is a 31st escort and it is a sweet ship and super fast. The science is only 2.5 less turn than the wells and .5 dif in impulse modifier. This is what we got and the the 31st cent ships are cross faction and intended to be the t6 temporal ships.
CBS has already told Cryptic they can never have a t5 or t6 connie so the JJprise is as close as we will get. The NX is hundreds of years outdated and is in the category of very small old designs that should never be made t6 because it would just never fit 25c trek. Some might say if you look at the paladin design with the way its shaped looks like an updated design of the NX.
Sovereign will most likely become a t6 in the future.

There's a 31c *Raider*, not an Escort; very different animals. Plus the Eternal is billed as a "multi-mission science vessel" with a hangar bay, it's a good ship but there is scope for a non-hangar "regular" science ship.

As far as the T6 TOS Connie goes; if CBS were ever to relax that verdict, now would be the time. I mean, when the initial ruling was made, I doubt they were considering whether STO would be going strong for the 50th. Same goes for the NX.
In both cases, the precedent set by the other TOS era ships - whereby they have a T6 counterpart that can use the skin - would work just as well for the TOS Connie and NX. They're not 22nd / 23rd century designs, but later ships camouflaged as ships of those eras. NX may be small, but so are other T6 ships (JHAS and B'rel, anyone?);IIRC even the old T5 Fleet Patrol Escort was around the same size, I used to run one for that reason plus its similarities to the NX's contemporaries. As regards small 22C ships at T6 - while it's never been shown onscreen, most secondary sources (novels, games etc) place the Daedalus class as a 22C ship, in the novels it's older than the NX class.
Every single argument against a ship based on age is moot and invalid. STOs ship tiers have nothing to do with technological advancements or logic, it's simply interchangeable skins and a purely aesthetical decision what you want your ship to look like.
31c ships perform the same as 25c ships at T6 and those T6 can use 24c and 23c skins. Whenever you think about the NX going to T6 stop that nonsensical notion of "it's too old".
a) In-universe handwave is that it's a new ship just looking like a NX, a replica. That makes absolutely no TRIBBLE sense at all but people these days demand stupid in-universe explanations for everything so they get that.
Or, b) the T6 version is a different ship, a modern 25c one and you can simply change the skin of it to the NX. In-universe you use the new ship, the skin is simply for your out-of-universe enjoyment.
Those moronic arguments over ship age in STO need to stop, there is no ground to base a debate on. STO clearly shows that there is no logical reason behind ship tiers, it's all just memorabilia.

I want to see a Stormbird skin for the Roms that use Klingon allied ships of the D7 family, if not an actual new ship. Heck, how about a T'liss belly bird in the ship editor.

I'm thinking Lethean Psi Ships would have a huge bonus to Confuse and Placate effects, along with subsystem targeting attacks and sensor scan common to Sci Ships. Give them an extra Ensign Tac station and you have the makings of a nimble aggressive vessel.

Nah, I think it's completely a marketing / licensing concern. The Connie was probably off-limits (it was originally not supposed to be in the game at all!) because there was the new Star Trek movie with the new Constitution coming.
There were never any concerns about "believability". If there had been, we wouldn't have gotten all the Tier 5 and Tier 6 Retrofits we already have.
