AoY Tier 5 in all reputations not unlocking account wide - resolved

So I reached Tier 5 in all reputations on my main AoY toon and immediately started in on some new projects to get better equipment. Upon checking on my other characters, I noticed that the reward of MK XIII ultra-rare projects is not available for Federation aligned characters but is for all my Klingon aligned characters and my AoY toon. I sure hope this is error and will be corrected quickly.

    Give them an example: area, UTC date, time and name@handle.com so they can look at your account to speed this along. And you should have an in-game and customer support ticket for reference(on the forum and with each other) that you put at the beginning("Per in-game ticket #???????? and support ticket #???-???????). After posting all this(with pics if possible), take it to CS live chat to Really get the ball rolling. I know it's a pain in the TRIBBLE, but it seems to get stuff resolved faster. Good luck

    Have you claimed the reward box on each character from your factions temporal contact (e.g. Phil Carrey outside Quinn's Office on ESD) as it's not an automatic account wide unlock. You're TOS toon will have got it by claiming the item from the temporal transponder, and I'd guess you've claimed it for KDF from what you've said above (or something odd is going on that's allowed it to automatically unlock for KDF without claiming).

    I tried sending in a ticket but each time I get the same old "we cannot connect to the ticket system at this time" error. Will be trying Mattauketts' suggestion next time I log in.
