Fed toons make KDF combadge sounds

When I beam up with a Federation character, the sounds of the combadge are the KDF's "beep beep beep", not the Federation "Chirp"

    I noticed it as well. It's Rather annoying.

    Just how do you break the sound files any way? Looks like they hired an intern/novice and had them copy and pasting files with no clue what they were doing.
