As the title of this thread suggests, enemy ground NPCs are not dying properly, some die then get up then die again and others die but stay standing there skipping the death animation altogether.
They scr*wed up these animations when they made whatever changes they did for AoY. I really love the Vaadwaur Tech Commando. Sometimes when they die they just stand there and shiver. I guess they're afraid of what they see 'on the other side'.
Check out ESD during 'Surface Tension'. Dead, untargetable Undine standing around all over the place before you enter a room.

its best in midnight, when Sela shots at iconian and then T'Ket carry person who stands, its quite weird, not to mention in queues when there is bunch of dead NPCs who standing so you shoting at them instead on live ones, but at end there are just lot of standing NPC-s
