It used to be possible to hold the enter key during crafting to avoid clicking this ever single time.
Now for whatever reason, they made this not work anymore.
My question is why?
Its annoying as TRIBBLE, I mean at least give us the option(checkbox) to have it not display again in the future or something.

I have been in the game for over 4 years and have 18 toons that have finished reps and at least one specialisation - but apparently I am a noob
I have acciently - due to trigger fingering and/or lag on occasions hit that button and wasted Dilithium. So I am in favour of keeping that.
KDF: 2 tacs, 2 engs, 3 scis
KDF Roms: 3 tacs, 1 eng, 1 scis
FED: 2 tacs, 1 eng, 2 scis
TOS: 1 tac
all on T5 rep (up to temporal)
all have mastered Intel tree (and some more specs Points)
highest DPS: 60.982
At most an option could be added that sufficiently wealthy players can opt out of it, after accepting a disclaimer that they don't get to complain about any accidents.
It only take ONE mistake to be out a small fortune. Something the OP hasn't yet experienced otherwise he be praising the virtues of confirmation boxes. :P
Oh, and I thought there was a option somewhere to turn confirmation boxes on or off, but maybe I am mistaken.

We come in peace, SHOOT TO KILL!
Friggin impatient idiots have no room to complain.
This. Though I'd go further and say Earth orbit et al are themselves giant confirmation boxes that we could do without.
^this
I agree with Druk about the boxes at ESD and Qonos for Roms/AoYs. Also the 'Timeline is secure' one needs to go.
It may be off topic by why the heck am I always being reminded that the timeline is secure? Maybe let me know if there's a problem or something bad has happened...
Fleet Admirals don't need permission to dock. Crashing through a bulkhead or window is fine That one can go as well.
(On topic: dialogue boxes involving Dil save people making costly mistakes)
Seems like it. Just deal with the confirmation box....cause you 'experts' and 'vets' will, at some point, ~sarcastic gasp~ make a mistake, and do something you don't want and you'll be going "oh, #$%&, of all the bleeding *TRIBBLE+&*#!" and so on. And are you folks soooooo damned lazy that you don't wanna bother an extra click?
Your no different from 'noobs' folks......
DEAL WITH IT!
It should not be removed.
Hell yeah
