New star ship missing

I leveled up to 40, got the mission to buy my new ship and the token. Bought the Patrol Escort and when I went to choose it and make it the active ship, it was not on my list. The chat screen showed that I purchased it.

I went back to the ship aquisition person and it has the patrol escort listed for 18k dil. I checked my overflow bag, nothing there. I tried logging out/back in, no go. Left the system and came back, nope. Drydocked my old ships, nope.

Am I stuck with my old ship until 50? Or is it in a pocket universe somewhere?

    Looking at your character, the Patrol Escort is set as your currently active ship. Has this issue already been resolved?

    I logged in disgust after I couldnt find it, then back in about 4 hours later and lo and behold it was sitting there. I meant to update this, but totally forgot.

    Guess I hit a lag of some kind.

    I have the same problem. when I clicked select ship it wont go to the next screen. I clicked cancel and my token is gone and I don't have a new ship. so what happened

    I'm having this issue as well my new ship isn't showing up
