This year marks the 50th anniversary of Star Trek, and we’ll be joining in on the festivities at the Star Trek Las Vegas convention!

We’ll be in Booth B26 – Cryptic developers will be on hand to chat with everyone.

    in what way are TOS characters AT LEAST as much of a faction as Romulans?

    Oh get over it...

    It doesn't make a bit of difference how I play the game and I certainly hope that most folks like myself don't really give a chit at this point.

    There is no mention of it so ill remind people.

    Going to a star trek convention and visiting an STO booth usually can get you a code for a Robert Picardo "The Doctor" science bridge officer acct unlock, exclusive to convention attendees.

    That's the BOff, I believe you can still also get the Leeta DOff code as well.

    I hope the dental floss holding this game together holds up. Lord knows you used up all your duct tape in yesterday's patch.

    I decided to skip Vegas this year and am going to Cherry Hill instead. I hope everyone going has a wonderful time, and I hope to see you in Philadelphia.

    It's a heat wave here on the east coast, I can only imagine how hot it must be in LV ! At least it's a dry heat :dizzy:

    If some nice person were to give me a Picardo doctor boff code, I wouldn't smack ya in the face ! :p

    I mean and I third that question. It's been too long since that dinner in London with Branflakes! (the then developer, not the cereal... man that would be a really rubbish restaurant wouldn't it... if all they served was breakfast cereal).

    Probably not, I believe the team was banned from the city after an incident involving the Liberty Bell and 30 gallons of jello.

    I don't believe they ever go to Cherry Hill. I would really like to know if Cryptic is coming to New York, however, or if I should learn to live with not getting the TOS bridge officers.

    You could go to the one in Cherry Hill, have a picture taken proving you are there, and then send it to Trendy on Reddit or Twitter.

    This is exactly my question as well. Since I failed to go to Vegas and didn't make the cut for some reason with sending pictures, this would be worth a 1-day admission and a train ride.

    This whole Vegas fiasco ranks up there with my failure to go see the Cure and Smashing Pumpkins playing together (2 of my top 10 all time favorite bands). It seems I don't learn.
